Less than a week to go!

Hi all,

less than a week to go and life has been very busy for me scouting London sites. The weekend just gone didn't provide as many birds as I'd hoped as it seems most Spring migrants are no longer around. On top of this the weather reports are all predicting rain for the weekend and the Wembley final will also grid lock the roads.

However I will not give in! I still firmly believe its possible and we are going to give it everything we have! The shear number of daylight hours at this time of year will work to our advantage allowing us to cover more of London's top sites in order to pick up more birds. We will be using all the day light hours and also some of the night hours too. I'm predicting 36 hours birding! You can forget sleep! We will bird through the rain! We will find all there is to see! We will give it everything!
